Under the mild sun of the Var region, in the quiet city of Fréjus, restaurant Autres Ray’son is ideally located on the harbour, welcoming all types of gourmets in modern and colourful settings.
The tone is given even before you enter. Cartoon style letters decorate the entrance and give a nice tone to the sunny terrace. Inside the same light spirit reigns, the same happy mood is used for decorating the dining room. Lots of wood, modernity, teak ambiance to give the place some warmth, lots of mauve and flowers, everything gives a happy and welcoming impression, almost family like.
As for the cuisine, tradition still has a place of choice in our Chef’s heart, but he also puts in some very nice modern touches and of course his creativity. Foie gras gets flavoured with new ingredients, the desserts have surprising touches to them, and the main courses created by our talented Chef have refined and innovative flavours.
