- Commit itself to accept reservations for every day, at every service, as soon as possible after the customer’s/guest’s call. Public holidays are not excluded. For specific days such as Mother’s day, Valentine’s day, Christmas or New Year’s day, the reservation can be refused, unless the Restaurant’s offer is specifically for these days.
