Cyril Haberland has worked with the greatest Chefs in famous establishments, he was one of the youngest Chefs ever to get a Michelin star, and he is now in charge here, for everyone’s greatest pleasure. Classics are a must on your plate, some inventive touches are of course there as well. The Chef’s cuisine is inspired, sometimes daring, it is an explosion of scents and flavours.
