Set in Le Cottage with its large bay window and terrace overlooking the Donjon pool and the sea in the distance, our restaurant "Le Bistrot Saint Clair" opened its doors in November 2019 for an alternative culinary experience.
In a modern setting and relaxed atmosphere our Chef Sébastien Dufour and his team offer you here revisited bistro recipes. The focus is on Normandy, with starters from the kitchen garden, homemade terrines, stews, fish, meat and gourmet desserts.
The menu is renewed every month to reflect the Chef's inspiration and the seasons.
