Benkay, named after a Japanese literature hero, is a restaurant that stands for the temple of Japanese gastronomy in France.
We can not resist this atmosphere that is nothing bur calm, luxury and pleasure. A Japanese atmosphere that would carry any client to the country of the rising sun. Only the magnificent view over the Seine and the House of radio reminds you of the landscape of our capital.
Three elite Chefs share the restaurant, each with a specialty. The Chef Ando for Washoku, the Chef Karasuyama who prepares sushi in front of you at the sushi bar and the Chef Hashimoto, master of Teppan Yaki, who cooks on a hotplate.
Sitting down around a Teppan Yaki Chef, is a way to initiate to a culinary art that combines entertainment and cuisine. On the hot plate, rice dance between spatulas, garlic whispers, and Grand Marnier ablaze.
