The place itself is surprising: you need only go through the porch to find yourself in a unique maritime environment, where blue colours, knots and wood are the main elements. A look out to the traditional harbour confirms the idea that you have just embarked upon a gourmet cruise that you are not about to forget.
The captain of the kitchens is Laurence, she is the one we have to thank for the quality of the gourmet aspects. With twenty years of experience, she now handles all flavours from the sea with the same talent. And one thing is for sure, you’d better be somewhat of a sailor to taste all her specialties, from monkfish to turbot not forgetting all kinds of seafood, carefully selected. Their natural flavours are only enhanced by her exceptional know-how.
Feel free to follow sommelier Jean-Pierre’s advice, he will introduce you to wine of the Languedoc region but also to others, always the most appropriate to go with the already tasty wonders of the sea.
