For Annie Desvignes, founder of the Association des Restauratrices Cuisinières, cuisine is a bit of a family thing. When she was just a child, Annie was in the kitchen with her mother, at the Auberge Fleurie.
While Annie composes a very sensitive cuisine, her husband is in charge of welcoming guests as well as of service, and he pays every attention to details that truly make a difference.
