Hidden next to the legendary Chanel Fashion House, this building honors Italian elegance and Parisian haute-couture.
Here, every detail expresses quality and elegance: antique paintings in a Florentine style, stylish furniture, tables set in a refined way, everything goes together perfectly. When the sun is out, the restaurant opens up onto a lovely courtyard with its murals and roman fountain... Time stands still to enjoy the Dolce Vita as a family, with friends, for a business dinner or a romantic one-on-one.
At the Assagio, the menu is concocted by the Michelin star Chef Ugo Alciati and is carried out by Pablo Sabariego. To please his guests’ taste buds, the maestro reinterprets, in a very personal way, traditional Italian gastronomy. He chooses, with care, very high quality products in order to enhance the Piedmont-region delicacies. He brilliantly mixes Mediterranean flavors with French culture to create surprising, seamless and colorful dishes.
